My glass top came out a little larger than expected (I over-measured), and when I brought it in, they trimmed it down and beveled the corners on the spot—no questions asked. The guy working there clearly wasn’t feeling 100%—he mentioned having allergies from the weather—but he was still knocking out work and giving it everything he had. That’s real dedication. Fast, friendly service, fair prices, and genuine people. Highly recommend!
Just got off the phone with Sierra asking for the quote she promised to call me back on from an inquiry Friday. Sierra told me "oh, yeah it was the end of the day Friday and you did not seem interested in the quote". I said "I asked you to call me when you got the quote and I am calling back since you did not call me Friday or today". She asked me if she "should send it out for quote" since she did not do it on Friday or today. I replied she should "if she wants the business". She said she "did not care if she got the business as this was a small order, not important enough for her" and that if I didn't like it "there are lots of other glass shops to take my business to. I was surprised to hear her lack of respect, courtesy or interest. If I could give her a zero, I would! If you check the reviews, Sierra has been rude to other customers! Sierra needs to reach out and make this right as this is not the first review calling out Sierra for her unacceptable behavior or her lack of professionalism as there are "lots of other glass shops" to take our business to!
San Marcos Glass is our go-to place for large projects like our custom frameless shower doors for both bathrooms, as well as pieces to protect tabletops and acrylic for picture frames. In 2022 they created a frameless fixed panel in a "wave" shape to fit our guest bathroom's ocean theme. Recently, June 2024, they installed one fixed frameless panel and one swinging door in our master shower. Siera, and Alfie guided our decisions with their experience and knowledge of their products and installations. They go above and beyond with their friendly and helpful customer service. In addition, their professional installers are meticulous in their craft. It is always pure pleasure doing business with this company!
The folks at San Marcos Glass treated our project with kid gloves. Our sizeable order was ready for pick up early and when a few things didn't fit due to bad measuring (our fault!), SM Glass was kind enough to make adjustments - with a smile on their face. I would use them again!
