I've worked with this company twice and both times have been disappointed in how long it took to have screens, screen doors, and a patio door handle replaced. Well, they never actually replaced the door handle since I fired them after going around and around for over 2 months.
They claim to be BBB accredited but are NOT accredited according to the BBB website.
