Amazing quality of work and very professionally done. My truck was in and out for a windshield and passenger window replacement within 3 hours. Very courteous customer service as well. I would highly recommend this business.
Go to glass doctor if you want good service and respect as customer. Let businesses like Frontier glass go under. Noticed they also gave me the same copy paste response as other unhappy customers.UPDATE:Took 2 years for a follow up response and the best you can muster is asking me to come back and spend more money..? Wow.Typical local business. Terrible work, terrible customer service and sky high prices. Not impressed. The first phone call was really all that went well with this place. Was gonna give all the other stuff that occured over the past couple weeks a pass till I got home and got a chance to check it over a little better and found broken glass all over including in both front seats.I'm not sure what it is with glass shops in Fairbanks and not being able to use a fricking vacuum but apparently none of them own one.Since I'm annoyed now I also don't understand why glass shops are incapable of cleaning the glass they install.. tape still on it and a fine glaze of whatever is on glass when it's new. It's also got a bit of distortion but I suppose I'll learn to live with it.I won't be back and I won't steer any of my friends to this place either. First impressions are everything.
We brought our Peterbilt in to put new windshield in it. The truck was running fine starting fine. Nothing wrong with the truck when we got there the truck would not start. They had cranked on the truck so much in the wrong gear. It wore the starter out when we asked if they could do something for us we were told basically to leave the premises no help no customer service . The thing that is the most irritating is how they treated us. The manager was very nasty and sassy, and didn’t offer any kind of explanation or nothing. If they cannot handle a semi truck, they don’t need to offer their service for those trucks. So now not only did we pay to put the windshield in we are out 1000 bucks for a new starter too.
Top notch service. Ibwas glad they were able to change my windshield today after the old one got hit by a big rock right in my line of sight
Update 10-05-23: After 6 months, one window is repaired out of 4 remaining. Told they would be back to complete an easy one yesterday, but no show and no call. Very disappointing!Update 07-06-23: My Company has paid in full for multiple windows to be fixed but none have been touched for almost 3 months. No return calls for ETA on repairs. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Every one that can answer questions is gone for rest of week.Best place to have screens made or repaired for windows. Great job done on screens for whole house. Friendly and helpful staff!
