I cannot say enough good things about Tri-City Glass and Mirror. After getting a quote from a big box retail store, they told us we would have to pay $7,500 for a new sliding door and screen door. We were shocked. Thank goodness we called Tri-City. Not only was the customer service exceptional from Linda and Lorie at the front desk, but the installers were amazing. And the price was significantly lower and far more reasonable than the other store we went to. The service was quick, clean and efficient. Everyone was so responsive and kind. Hiring them was the best decision and they truly cared and did such a great job. Also, our new sliding door is keeping our house cool because of the UV protection in the glass! This is going to save our household so much money on PG&E this summer. Which is a huge and unexpected bonus. I don't understand anything less than a five star review and would 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much for everything you did for us!
Customer service is horrible. They scheduled an appointment for me in the am no one showed up , no one called I’ve been waiting for 2 hours. Waste of time & money. When I called The lady on the phone was extremely rude and kept asking me why something needed to be fixed when I have a warranty and then making horrible accusations. Weather is weather we can’t do much about the outside. Then when I have a scheduled appointment they argue about the scheduling.
We are satisfied customers. We ordered a sliding glass doggy door. Everyone was nice from estimate to installation. Excellent customer service.
We had two full-size sliding glass doors and 11 windows replaced by this company, and were impressed not only with the friendly and responsive office staff, but with the quality of workmanship on the job as well. The guys were spot on time, polite, friendly, careful, respectful, fast, and most of all professional.Four guys had the bulk of the work done in one day. Two guys showed up the next--again, spot on time--and spent the morning finishing up the trim work. They were genuinely happy to help move furniture and remove window treatments, and helped with replacing the bulkier ones as well. Thank you, Robert, Vincent, Josh and Josh! Great job. Nice meeting you! And the windows--double-pane vinyl to replace the original single-pane aluminum...wow, what a difference! It's winter, and the house instantly became warmer, cozier, and quieter. Thank you!PS, be aware that it does take some weeks for the windows to arrive from the manufacturer, so, plan accordingly.
Excellent customer service and experience! They provided a competitive bid to replace existing aluminum framed windows and a backyard sliding glass door. The crew did an excellent job on the install day, demonstrating attention to detail and pride in their trade. For those considering upgrading or replacing their windows this business should be at the top of your list to call!
