Great company and excellent choice of wood very professional and determined delivery driver named Tony!! Thanks for your service
I have a door on my house that was brought 12 years ago by my builder for the house. I called about it because the inside of the door was rotting, the window was not sealed properly. I went out to the company 3 times and everytime the salesmen were at lunch 10:00, 11:00 and once at 12:30. I understand maybe 2 but 10 please. All, I wanted was to see if I could get it repaired and about getting the parts. Finally a salesman named Terry called me and told me to take the parts off that were bad and maybe they had them, I'm 70 years old, plus if I took them off it would be 6 weeks to get them, and if they could get them 4 to 6 monthsfor a new door. So, after 3 weeks I finally called again and got another salesman to call me back, and he said he would come out but it would be after the 4th of July. I said no problems, so I waited and called them back the week after the 4th and got Terry again, his reply when I said the other salesman said he would come out was, "We'll it wasn't him and would not come out and measure the door and look at it, it wasn't his job I would have to call back and talk to another salesman. I will never get anything from them and if someone I know is thinking about it I will tell them they will regret it. I have a lot of friend who works in the construction business and they could not believe they did it.
I would rather drive to Texas to buy lumber than to wait around on this joke of an office. Never again will I order anything from this poorly ran company. They told me they would have my material ready a week after I paid for it. Here we are a month later and they can’t even locate my order after not answering my phone calls or having anyone call me back for weeks
Terrible communication!!1)Ordered a door-they came out and measured.2)Delivered wrong size- sent it back to cut down and cut the bottom wood off that holds the sweeper-3)Paid installer to install the door and less than 4 months later, the sweeper fell off the bottom because there was no wood to hold it in place. Now the door is not airtight and probable will leak during a bad hurricane season on the one side and ruin my carpet.4) Door must be slammed hard to close so that the house shakes because it is not air tight. Even ATT and other home technicians cannot close the door "normally ". Indoor cat has gotten out a dozen times because they enter the house thinking they have closed the door.5)Have been corresponding to correct matter and no one seems to be able to get it repaired or replaced. AND when they did correspond at the beginning, they had the wrong information6) Drove to Millworks physical site since this has been over 4 months with a damaged door. They said Randy will call...its been a week now. I've asked to speak to the owner- no reply.7) SOMEBODY please resolve this or I want a refund and I will return the door when I get a new one from somewhere else.
Two hour job they wanted two weeks. 4 months called to come pickup, two hour drive with trailer to pickup the door. They came out with one sidelight panel. After two hours looking they found the 10ft x 6ft door that was not done. We came three weeks later to pickup door parts. Drop off till pickup up 6 months and cost of +$1000 for a refinish that should not have been over $400 and a few hours. Poor management and medium quality. Do not use. Biggest mistake I will never recommend to anyone. One big problem is son in the business. Dad never there.
