Reviews

What customers say

Several customers praise courteous installers and clean work areas, while one homeowner appreciated patient answers during a window project. A customer with a replacement-pane order reports that the wrong window was ordered after three weeks, followed by further weeks without an update; after installation, the customer found glass shards and what they considered excessive silicone around the pane.

We have used Rusco Windows twice now to replace a total of 4 windows in our home. Their communication and knowledge from start to finish is top notch. Windows are an expensive task and it gives my family such peace of mind to know they are installed well and are great quality. Our first two windows were installed almost 3 years ago - I was starting a home daycare and needed egress windows in our split level home. Our sales person was easy to communicate with via email and he patiently answered all my questions and explained everything so clearly so that I was confident my windows would pass inspection for licensing. My husband loves to learn and expand his handyman knowledge and all the installers were so patient and kind to him watching and if he asked any questions. These are the only window place we recommend when asked.

We had all 17 windows replaced by Rusco. They did an amazing job. Cleaned up each day, very respectful of our home. The windows are so beautiful. They are perfect. We are very grateful!

We had a kitchen window replaced, a patio door with interior blinds installed and basement window inserts installed in our 1975 rambler 8 years ago by Rusco Window. They are still in excellent shape and I expect they will be for many years. Thank you for the great product and service!

Hired Rusco to replace several old windows at our lake cabin- fitting into existing openings and adding new - and they did a phenomenal job. On time, courteous, great advice on selecting size and style. We found some minor wall issues while installing and they were quick to get ahold of me to discuss how to fix/address. Finished product was trimmed out nicely and all work areas were clean. I also had them replace a cracked pane & screen on an older window from elsewhere. Very happy. Thanks Rusco!

Was able to get ahold of a gentleman pretty quickly and communicated with him via text to get things ordered for a pane of glass to be replaced in our window. Unfortunately after 3 weeks of waiting, the wrong window was ordered. And the process started over. After a few weeks of not hearing anything I called in and he said that everything had just been delivered that day, so we scheduled the install. After install, I inspected the window to find a small amount of glass shards in the window sill. Looking at the window, there was (what to me feels like an excessive amount) silicone squeeze out all around the glass and it honestly just looks terrible. I feel like they could’ve cleaned up a little better (or cleaned the glass at all because there smudges aside from the excess silicone). Maybe im being too critical, but I’d expect more when I paying a lot for these services.
