The Window Authority

From start to finish, The Window Authority was a great choice for our window replacement project. They replaced a total of 39 windows in various shapes and sizes. The install crew was friendly and professional. Communication was easy every step of the way. And the windows definitely enhance the look of our home. Highly recommend!

One of the best install experiences EVER. From Tony, Sales Manager, to install crew with Antonio and the team of three, pure professional behavior and courtesy every step. I cringed at the thought of having my windows replaced however WA made it an outstanding experience start to finish. I’m relentlessly picky, too, but when it’s good I’m equally happy to recognize and support that. Ours was a tough install as we had 22 yo aluminum and steel framed windows set in mortar and brick. They didn’t break any of the old windows, some over 5’x6’ in size, either. Property protection and cleanup equally careful. Priced in the mid range of the four companies I explored, but the experience and excellent quality of product was worth more. Recommend without hesitation.

The window replacement process was painless! Tony their Sales guy was fantastic, he answered all our questions on the spot and is super knowledgable. Vistamark / Endura window products are well engineered and they have excellent NFRC ratings. Last but not least, the installation was breezy because they have an awesome installation team. Everyone involved was great and we had zero issues!

We loved the entire experience from beginning to end! We met with Tripp to do the initial measurements and Rich came out and did the follow up. Windows came in and the install took a day! The workers were very thorough and cleaned up after! My windows are beautiful and I love them so much! It made the house look totally different in the best way and energy efficient too!!

Window Authority is the company to use when replacing your leaky windows. WA was the first company we called when we were tired of cold drafts coming through our windows. We were not in a rush so we contacted 2 other companies to hear their sales pitch and get an estimate. One was just nuts but the other offered some different features that we liked. We were about to sign a contract with them but decided to call Doc with Window Authority to make sure we were comparing apples to apples. When Doc heard what we were looking for he showed us a new window by Anlin that met our needs. It was double paned, noise reducing, narrow framed and matched the mullions of our old windows. Best of all these windows would cost over $3,000 less than the competitors bid for the identical windows. WA came out to measure the openings three times before placing the order with Anlin. They came in about 2 months later and were installed over two days. Two of the windows were damaged on arrival. Eugene, the owner, put an expedited order for replacements. About 6 weeks later the crew came out to install the windows. The installation crew was excellent. They were efficient, dust free and they hauled off all of their trash. We probably won’t need windows again in this house but I will always recommend them to anyone who does.
