We had a great experience with AVI. Our salesperson, Dylan, was very knowledgeable about the product we wanted and very helpful with helping us decide which windows to replace. He suggested a different style window for our kitchen and I couldn’t be happier with it. We had 4 windows replaced and the installers were really great. It went better than I expected and they cleaned up very well, as well as hauled off the old windows. I also appreciated their project manager, Jeff, following up to be sure all went well. We were pleased with the whole process and highly recommend them if you need windows.
From the moments I called Jason, who was the salesman, I knew I could trust him and I already knew Marvin windows are great quality.From the contract signing until installation, everything went smoothly. The installers were such incredibly skilled men as I have huge windows, dangerous work on the second story. Every day they left no messes and I was living in the house.I certainly can recommend AIV windows for anybody who wants quality products and terrific installation.
I can't say enough good things about AVI. We recently replaced all of the windows in our late 60's ranch and they were among several companies that we had bid the job. We ultimately went with them because we liked their product and because we felt that Jason (the sales rep) was honest and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with that decision. The installer (Sean) was incredible. Fast, efficient and I swear the rooms were cleaner after he put the windows in. We had a minor issue about a month after install and the immediately fixed it with no questions asked. Our house is significantly more energy efficient and the windows look amazing! We bought this house for the view and now we can full appreciate it.
I highly recommend AVI Windows and Doors-more specifically, Jason. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and customer service oriented. I specifically wanted Marvin windows because every house I liked in photos had these windows. I called AVI as well as another local company to obtain a bid. I never actually received a bid from the other company, Dale, even though they wasted my time in coming out to measure. Jason was able to offer me a very competitive bid—as I also obtained a bid for Anderson windows just for good measure. Aside from competitive pricing, Jason educated me on window features and allowed me to take my time to evaluate different configurations. It was concierge, white glove service through the whole process...from ordering to installation. And almost a year later, when I called to ask him about my screens, he came right away to help me....and did not even charge me!This company is very reputable and I encourage anyone that needs windows to purchase from AVI.
We had leaking windows and had all the windows in our Green Hills home(as in Every. Single. One.) replaced by AVI.Following our first/only visit to their showroom (we had already met with Pella and Anderson), and our hugely helpful conversation with Jason and the AVI team, we knew our decision was made.Jason had so much knowledge of window products it was unbelievable. We even questioned him based on what we had heard from other companies, and he never discouraged us from going in another direction. He and his team actually wanted us to go with whatever was best for our particular needs. No bad anecdotes, no angling to get the job. Just honest straightforward answers!We knew that first day our search was over, and we now have custom windows that we love. The house looks really pretty (we changed the window color) not to mention the difference in utilities because of the insulation factor.Also, these guys are with you throughout the entire process- Sean was an amazing installer who took as much pride in his work as I take in my home! The whole process was painless- and this is not the first home where I have replaced windows. Windows makes a huge difference as do the people you have into your home day after day.We will never need windows again unless we move- but if we do, I’ll be calling Jason and the other guys at AVI.
