American Vision Windows of Arizona

On 10/7/2025, I had an appointment with Chad from American Vision Windows. I was shown a cutout of their windows and I was very impressed with the construction of the window. I decided to move forward with this company and cancelled appointments with other companies I had set up. The windows were installed on 12/15/2025. The 1st full week of January we had a couple days of heavy rain. The rain had subsided by 9 pm on Thursday, January 8th, 2026. Coincidentally, I had made an appointment with Chad for Monday, January 12th to order more windows. On Friday morning, January 9th, I noticed standing water in the track when I opened my blinds. I immediately went and checked the other window that had been installed and there was standing water in that track as well. I called the office and was informed that this is "normal". I then placed a call to Chad, he came over a few hours later and showed me a video explaining how the track system works and again was told this is "normal". I have never in my life had to dry window tracks after rain because they didn't drain. A service man was sent out on 2/9/2026. He removed the track and poured water from a pitcher in the open track. He concluded that it is working properly. He advised me it is just "maintenance" to clean up water after rains. So apparently, I have to remove the window, remove the track and wipe up water in the channel after rains. This is not "normal". One window took 48-60 hours to dry, the other 36-48 hours. And this was just for the upper track, who knows how long it took the underneath channel to dry. I am afraid of mold issues caused by the standing water.
Another issue I have is that I requested a line item invoice for the windows and door that I purchased, I was told their programming doesn't allow for this. Overall, not a very professional experience for me.

I love my new Anlin Del Mar windows. Nate and Colby did a wonderful job on installation and cleaned up well afterward. Chance my sales rep was professional and very knowledgable. I had several companies quote me prior to signing with American Vision. They have the best installation and best prices for the best product. I have no reqrets and will be a returning customer for my next project. Thank you everyone for all your help!

I had live in my home 33 years and many of the original windows are either turn fogged or collected condensation. It is about time to replace with new windows. Through my research I had narrowed down to Anlin Windowd for their quality built especially how the Argon gasses seal up inside the gas chamber, hoping this will ensure the long life and kept Argon gas from leaking. The Delmar Infinite-e series is also allow plenty light in but also blocking the heat from Arizona sun.
I ending up contact the American Vision Windows in Gilbert AZ and get in touched with Dalton Forehand, he then setup a time to go over about the Anlin Windows and answers all my arrised questions. We did agreed on price and the nice thing about that I don't have to pay any interest as long as I pay off before 1 year up.
Month later, at schedule time for windows installation but it was happened to raining on same day and we have to reschedule, but the team was compromised and did come to installed one window per my requested to have it done on that day.
1 week later, the team from Amrican Vision Windows: Juliam, Nate, Gilbert, Colby, Victor, and Jael had come again to installed all 42 windows within 2 days time frame. Everything are clean at the day end. All these guys were very nice, courtesy and professional in their job.

By the way, I did placed a thermostat in the Delmar Infinite-e window (solar heat gain 0.24) and my old window dual pane at the same time to see the different in temperatures and it is shown about 19 degrees different on my reading. Love it! See attached pics.

Whole process was perfect, initial consult with Mike was awesome, super friendly and knowledgeable. Erik and Adrian completed the install, did top notch work, and were very friendly! The windows look perfect and Anlin quality is evident. Thanks everyone.

I've been doing a phased window replacement (1/3 per year) and used American Vision for the last phase. I am very happy with them and wish I would have used them for the prior 2/3! First off, they are a preferred provider of Anlin (my preferred window) and therefore offer a premium line of windows. Second, they offered competitive pricing. Lastly, the installer crew (Hector, Gilbert, and Halston) was just out yesterday to install my new windows, and I am very happy with them - they did great work, showed up on time, were pleasant and professional, and left my house and yard in great shape. 5/5 would use again...thanks AV Windows!
