The service provided was beautiful, and I am happy with the work overall. However, there were a few things missed on the initial quote. The individual doing the work assured me it wasn’t a problem and that he would fix the kickback wood under our door, as well as some damage near the garage and siding, once the main job was completed. After the work was finished, I reached out to him multiple times to follow up. At first, he responded, but eventually he stopped replying altogether, even though my messages were being read. This wouldn’t have been an issue if he had been upfront from the start and said he couldn’t complete those items, rather than promising to do so and then ignoring follow-ups.
I am in the market of buying a new home and needed a quote on siding of the home and I called and spoke to Cindy and she told me she doesn’t know who I’d find to come do that and I find that strange because this is what I thought this company did. Taking my business elsewhere since I was put down so quickly.Thanks for responding but I easily called a different company and they did it day of and it wasn’t a big deal. I know I still need an inspection of the home, but inspectors aren’t professionals in every field, this just helped me with a bid on what it would be to replace the siding and get a professional opinion. The seller had gotten a bid but I wanted my own. Which another company did for free so thank you I do understand.
