A great experience start to finish. We needed to replace a mirror in the bathroom and when we went into the store and asked about adding a frame, they recommended a custom frame shop in downtown Guelph. We ended up purchasing the frame and they coordinated with Guelph Glass to pick up the frame and mount the mirror. The installation was amazing. Curtis showed up and not only was a great conversation, spent the extra time to install it as if it was his own house. I will definitely use thier services next time we are in the market for anything they are selling.
We had a huge bathroom mirror installed, and a hallway glass closet door installed by Guelph Glass, and the job done was simply outstanding. They arrived right on time, and immediately put on cover booties to protect our floors, which alot of companies don't do. They were ever so careful about our walls and fixtures while carrying the product in, and during installation. They gave us lots of information about how the product has improved over the years, and the best way to take care of it. Very pleasant workers. Guelph Glass exceeded our expectations by cutting a couple of arched glass panels for some custom cabinet doors we made. The glass panels were a perfect fit; not too tight, not too loose, just right; minimizing the bead of translucent silicone caulking needed to hold the glass in place. They even rounded the corners of the glass to match the CNC cutter radius in the corners of our cabinet doors! Guelph Glass is very professional; they turned our order around in only two days; carefully wrapped the glass for transport; their communication was excellent; and the panels were very reasonably priced. I ordered two shower doors from Guelph Glass. Usually I am very apprehensive ordering from a new (to me) supplier because you never know what you are going to get but this process went very well. First they visited to carefully measure the showers and discuss the options. Since I had done the bathrooms myself I had pretty particular needs.Promptly afterwards I received a quote by email and then a couple weeks later (ahead of schedule) I was contacted about an installation date.The installation crew was professional and polite and cleaned up after they finished.Overall a great experience.
