We had an extremely frustrating experience with this company regarding the installation of two shower glass doors. At the time we paid our deposit, we were told the installation would take place within two weeks. Unfortunately, they failed to meet that timeline and the situation only became worse from there.

After the two-week mark had already passed, we received a call at 7:45am stating that someone would arrive in 30 minutes to complete the installation. We rearranged our morning to accommodate this last-minute notice — and no one showed up. By 11:00am, we called the office and were told the installation would not be happening that day and would instead take place the following day.

The next day came and went with no call and no installer. When we reached out again, we were told someone would arrive around 11:00am. Once again, no one showed up.

After the third missed appointment, we contacted the company yet again and were finally told that they had ordered the wrong colored fixture and needed to overnight the correct one. We were assured it would arrive the next day and installation would follow promptly. Instead, it took another full week before someone finally came out to complete the job.

In total, we experienced multiple no-shows, last-minute changes, poor communication, and zero accountability. When we visited the office to express our dissatisfaction and request some form of compensation for the inconvenience and repeated missed appointments, we were told there was nothing they could do.

The lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service was extremely disappointing. We are very unsatisfied with how this was handled and would not recommend this company based on our experience.

I cannot brag on the service, the price, the speed and the quality they got my car in and out in about an hr . They quoted me a price half the price of everybody else in town and as a single mother, who stays broke lol greatly appreciate it. I will definitely recommend them to everyone i come across!!!!!
