We were remodeling our house and decided to get a quote on windows first. That was our first mistake. Someone came out and took 4 hours of our evening and told us we should replace the windows first. We did. We then replaced the siding and it turns out the windows weren’t installed correctly at all. We should have never replaced the windows first. We then asked them to come out and fix their mistake. They quoted us another 3k on top of the 27k we already spend on these subpar windows. When they came out to redo the capping it was horrendous and our windows leaked when water was poured on the sill. After that customer service and horrible promises were made and none of them kept. Do NOT use these people. They are an awful company and you’ll end up stuck with a crap product.
Had a great experience from start to finish. Everything was explained exactly well, and they worked hard to get the numbers to work for us. The color options and recommendations were great and really look nice with the house colors. The installation crew were friendly and were more then happy to explain things.
Absolutely great experience from start to finish! Armani was our first sales rep, Jordan gave us our presentation, Mike measured and the crew (Giovanni, David, and Chad). Every person that we encountered was exceptionally pleasant, honest and transparent about every step. Power is an easy recommendation and my windows look amazing!

I would like to give a big thanks to Power Home Remodeling for installing amazing, high quality windows throughout our home. Excellent customer service, excellent sales representative and managers. However, we had a small issue with one of our windows, due to incorrect installation. I called the company, explained what the issue was, we faced timed them to show what the problem was. They knew what to do. They scheduled another appointment to fix the issue, sent out a different team to work on it, gladly to say, it was resolved after several of weeks. Tony and Alix were very professional, very respectful. Today, they came out and fixed the installation on one of the windows that was installed incorrectly by a different crew... They knew that that particular window was installed incorrect and needed to be worked on again. They fixed it with no issues what so ever. I am glad that it was taken care of. I would recommend them to others. Thank you again. Ellie and Sam!
