Just before christmas we had Century Glass install a front door and side window. They were extremely efficient, professional, and friendly. They did a great job. Would definitely recommend and will go through them when we can do all our windows.

Amazing Staff!My puppy put his head through my office door and the team here totally repaired the damage and made it brand new! They have a stained glass guru on site although stained glass isn’t a usual service they offer. But the panels in my door provided a challenge and they took care of it. And they were very affordable!Great effort and amazing results guys! I was really thankful!

Very disappointed with this business, hired them to come in and tell me what needed to happen in order to fix a commercial aluminum/glass door combo that was rubbing on the frame.The quoting representative came in and quoted the fixture of the door as a glass re-install, trueing of door frame and finally a replacement of door hinges quote.He was queried if this would fix the door to which his reply was yes, I approved the quote and the work commenced.That is where things started to fall apart, when the installers came in they said they trued the frame and installed the glass, but did not replace the hinges and they quoted "They don't make 4 inch square commercial hinges anymore" so they re-installed the door with the old hinges which were shot and tweeked it so that it would not touch the frame.Proceeded to request payment on the account and basically stipulated that the door was not fixable.Well that would have been useful information before they quoted to fix the door with no reservations.I searched on the net and found the commercial hinges easy enough, when it was mentioned to them that there is hinges in that size and commercial application, they said if their suppliers don't carry them, they don't even bother with looking looking for them.Now to get them to come out and complete the job, was a job in itself, they did not want to come out to replace the hinges until some persuasion had to be used in order to get them out again, as a matter of fact they wanted to charge another fee to come out and and complete the job for which they quoted, after they left the door was working only to start touching the frame again within a couple of days.When brought to their attention they said never guaranteed that it would work. Yikes! I thought I was hiring professionals, not people who would change the parameters of the original contract and then would try to use hidden non existent fine print to cover their initial mistake when quoting.I have paid the bill even though I probably look like a sucker.I agreed to pay it upon completion which I have and that is what I gave my word on, they however did not complete the job properly and have requested I pay them again to come out and fix what they did not fix the first time.I have been in business 30 plus years and this is not the way to do business!It looks like now I am going to have to pay again, for someone else to fix what they did not. What a joke!Buyer beware!
