The folks at A-1 always take great care of my needs at a reasonable price. I had a double pane window that needed to be replaced and they ordered the glass and parts then came out and made the repair in less than a week. Lance and Chris were efficient and quickly completed the repair within 20 minutes. I highly recommend them for glass and windows.
I just had several windows repaired by this company. They did not clean up and left broken glass all over the rooms where they were working, and broke my window sill away from the wall which now needs to be repaired. Unfortunately my two year old found the glass before I did. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Every single new window was a perfect, almost seamless fit.I was very impressed with all the employees tireless efforts. From the installers, to the guys who cleaned up the mess were solid guys. Lance, the window technician, did a fantastic job and had great customer service throughout the process of replacing my window. Lance inserted the window in a timely and correct manner as well. I will be using and suggesting A-1windows in the future, while living in Killeen.
