Champion Replacement Windows of Knoxville

Addendum - windows were installed this week and they did an exceptional job! The installer worked straight through, cleaned up any mess and came back the next day to finish up some cosmetic things. We are very pleased with the service, from customer service, sales and installers. Gage with Champion WIndows was awesome! He was early for appointment and quickly identified our needs and provided recommendations and cost. Highly recommend this company!

Champion has been awesome! I had a estimate from a "competitor" and it was simply ludicrous! I could have paid off my house! Clyde Davis came in, gave me the facts, and a bottom line price. Very simple. Champions coordination is very professional and prompt. They had the crew out shortly after the windows and doors arrived after they were custom-made in the USA in Cincinnati. ???? The installers actually worked for champion, not a subcontractor! Adam and his crew Thomas and Dakota, with the exception of a couple small items got most of the work done in one day, doors and windows! There was an imperfection in a window screen, they're replacing no questions asked! Really good warranty. Highly recommended!

Champion of KNoxville was fantastic from beginning to end. I had old aluminum windows that were basically useless. My new windows are amazing! They look great and are easy to open and close. My home already feels less drafty and more secure the first night after installation. From the day I ordered them, Champion kept me in the loop about the timing and showed up on installation day first thing. There was a bit of a snafu but the Sales Manager Michael made it right (plus some) immediately. The crew were wonderful and courteous. I would (and already have ) recommend them.
