Knoxville Window and Door

We can’t say enough good things about Cliff, Tim, and the entire Knoxville Window & Door crew. From start to finish, the service and craftsmanship were exceptional. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and treated our home with so much care. The installation itself was flawless - clean lines, perfect fit, and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. Cliff and Tim both walked us through every step, answered all our questions, and made the whole process completely stress free. The crew cleaned up everything afterward, double checked that the window was installed perfectly and made sure we were happy before they left. You just don’t see that level of professionalism and attention to detail very often. If you’re looking for high-quality windows and a team you can trust, we highly recommend Knoxville Window & Door. They went above and beyond, and we’d choose them again in a heartbeat.

I contacted Knoxville window and Door after calling Anderson and Pella. We were looking to replace French doors with a higher quality sliding door with blinds between the glass. Anderson quoted me a price of almost $12000 dollars and didn’t offer blinds in the glass. Pellas quote was better and offered what we wanted. I was close to using Pella but than I heard an add for Knoxville Window and Door. I called Knox window and door and the gentleman who answered was Tim the owner. Tim advised me that either himself or Cliff would be very happy to give us an estimate. Cliff came to our home advised us about the doors they use and that they are the highest of quality. We talked and he took exact measurements and quoted us a price. The price was very reasonable and we decided to use Knoxville window and door. Cliff advised the door would be custom made and it would take about six weeks. The door came in on Wednesday and they had installed on Friday The installation appears to have been done flawlessly and was complete in less than 3 hrs. I would highly recommend this local company for any window or door needs you may have. Extremely Satisfied customer, Robert

Requested quotes from 3 window companies for replacing just 3 windows. Tim & his team at Knoxville Window and Door did a great job, received the windows within estimates, they showed up + completed on time, and did a fair price compared to others. They are very focused on customer satisfaction. We're very pleased and the windows are great.

Tim and his guys were a pleasure to work with! I appreciated the timeliness on ordering and the work of the windows. The windows and trim look amazing and I am so pleased I chose this company to do the work. 8 windows on an older house isn't cheap but Tim was willing to work with me on my budget and completely sold me on high quality windows. Wow, the difference they make inside my house is crazy: even temperatures throughout the house and dampened outside noise!

Tim was such a pleasure to work with. No nonsense kinda guy! We ordered 6 windows for our new 4 season sunroom, and they were ready a month earlier than expected. We love our windows and Tim definitely gave us a great deal! Will recommend him to anyone who needs windows. Thank you, Tim. We really appreciate you!!!!
