We ended up using Window Depot for our replacement windows. We are glad we did! You will likely meet Rick one of the co-owners and José one of the installers for an estimate. Both are great to work with. Once we signed our paperwork, Rick kept us updated on the progress. The windows are made in PA and once they arrive the team schedules you pretty quick. They are in and out and try to do a job in one day. We had 13 windows replaced. They started at 8 am and were finished by 6 pm. They cleaned up and took care of the property. If you are considering windows, I’d definitely recommend and suggest talking to Window Depot. You might get lucky and even get to meet Rick’s wife too. She’s great. And the owner of the company, Chuck, like we did. It is safe to say, you meet the people who will do your job and you are more than a number to this group. Rick even gave us ideas on styling of the windows we had not even thought of. Give them a call today. And you cannot beat the price and work they do! We were in desperate need of new windows so I stopped by Window Depot and talked to Chuck. I have been a builder for 30 plus years and have seen many windows and I can say that the windows and the installation were absolute top-notch! The installers were incredibly friendly, professional and the cleanest crew I have ever encountered in construction!

Chuck was exceptional to work with! He was very thoughtful in making sure we received exactly what we needed. Every window was custom made for each opening and fit beautifully. He also kindly stored my windows for a few weeks prior to beginning the install. I highly recommend both the product and the customer service!

Worst experience ever. What should have taken one day for windows and door took two and same with siding. Start time was two to three hours late and wasn't informed until after starting time. Within the last year I had all windows, doors and siding put up, by all means not a cheap price. My bedroom window was not caulked properly, had water coming inside my bedroom window behind the frame of the window, down my wall onto my carpet and floor and being that it wasn't caught in time which cause damage to my bedroom floor and now needs to be replaced. Was told it doesn't take six months for this to happen and since my floor is so old that is part of the problem. Even offered for a home inspector to come out, said no at first and changed my mind now no word from the company. However wasn't a problem when the crew was here putting in the windows. They weren't ready to go through the floor. I had a right sided handle glass sliding door and now it's left handed because they hung it upside down and I complained about water being in the tracks...that took 3 months to resolve. There wasn't enough skirting color ordered, they also tried leaving the skirting under my deck white instead of the color I had it changed to; then was informed about it being the j channel that had to be spray painted since the white j channel is screwed into the concrete. I know the difference between j channel and skirting....and I didn't need help with that.they left my back of home covered in plastic from November till February which caused astromical electric bill. I would not recommend this company at all.

Had a great experience working with Rick and Chuck. We had worked with getting estimates from several window companies, and had many quotes. They were the most genuine to work with. Rick walked us through the process as we were looking to replace every window in our home. The team with Window Depot of Knoxville delivered. We have no regrets! We had changed out one 6ft x 9ft triple hung, into a picture window with two smaller slides on each side. So happy that Rick suggested this option, we now have some unobstructed views of the mountains. Their install team worked efficiently and caring to make sure the install was cleaned and looking great when they were ready to leave the job.
