Very honest company. We were told by a door-to-door company that we needed new windows, and thank goodness we called JDI for a second quote. Rex came to give us an estimate, but he told me that he could not, in good conscience, sell us new windows because there was nothing wrong with our current windows. He was very knowledgeable, and showed me that our windows were only ~10 years old, and even showed me how to take them apart for cleaning and ultimately better functioning. Call JDI if you want to trust the company you buy windows from. I will when i need windows in the future.

Last I brought concerns to Rex he had manufacture guy come out and apparently these windows are fine however, I have never had this much condensation on windows in any house. I’ve lived in Colorado for the last 25 years Rex also suggested to do an energy audit and these brand new windows are marked as recommendation to be replaced on that audit.

I appreciate Rex's team for their efforts in addressing my concerns and for replacing the faulty windows. They were responsive and did what they could to resolve the issues. However, after further consideration, I’m still not confident in the product itself. While the replacement windows were provided, and I have noticed a big difference. I believe the core issue may lie with the manufacturer rather than the company’s service. Although I acknowledge their efforts, I remain uncertain about the long-term reliability of the windows.

I’ve worked with this company before and decided to use them again. The windows are beautiful however they are not straight and not sure about quality. The sliding door has a draft coming from the bottom. I had the old aluminum windows. They installed them on the 11th and before that we had the snowstorm and it was cold the day before my heater has been running a lot more than it was with the old windows, even though the weather is a 20 degrees warmer.

Getting all new windows is disruptive to a household but Rex gave us a quote the day he came out and it was easily $10k less that those big name companies you see and hear ads from. In addition, Darrin and his crew were professional and kept things neat. I'm impressed by how clean the work around my windows was finished off. Nothing was damaged and the windows look and operate great! You won't find quality windows and installation for less in the greater Denver area with a more meticulous and skilled crew.
