I first would like to share a few things before getting to the point of view from a consumers side. Whether a senior citizen, a hard working family with 2 incomes, someone that money comes easy for, a small family or a large family that struggle is real, daily and week to week, or even someone that will have to drain their accounts for a HUGE home update or even just a repair, your prices SHOULD NOT cause stress or worry or even EVER make a PERSON/ FAMILY feel the need of extra pressure, or that SO CALLED phone call at the end of your visit ( you know the sales pitch!) feel TAKEN ADVANTAGE of or feel OVER WHELMED) or make the consumer feel that we need you more than you need us.Jammie came to my house yesterday. He was kind, he listened, he smiled, just like as a SALESMAN! He, as a person working for your company has been trained well and does your company justice.However...the sales tactic of calling the manager at the end, the one that tries to persuade you to sign after your salesman has tried) the one that perhaps his manager can get you to sign after the first persuasion in which I still felt should of been a GROUP conversation with all three of us on the phone speaker! It felt as if it was a scare /persuasion, last ditch effort for the consumer to sign.I have some advice---bring the manager to the house with your salesperson! You should POLISH that effort that your salesman has pitched and either come with him on his house calls or trust in him that he's doing his job! Honestly your product is very nice, but feel its way over priced. As many individuals I know, which I feel is lots, and I know 3 other houses that are in need of windows, is truly STRESSFUL and I felt fake. The phone was pressed so hard to his ear ! Im not asking for FREE, I am asking for REALITY! This very experience is the reason why Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, stay in business because they offer different price points, even having to pay to have them installed is more than likely the way that most people have to go.Times are hard for people right now and I am sure you are aware of that. But, just some advice----take your MARK UP and bring it to REALITY! You need us to buy your products to keep you in business! Show us that you are a REALISTIC company that is TRULY there for your CONSUMERS!UPDATE::I received a phone call this afternoon. I talked to Remy. I had to reassure him that the salesman Jammie DID NOT do anything wrong. What my review is about is 2 FACTS from a consumers view. As for the phone call that I felt was unprofessional-- that truly leaves the consumer out. Remy understood. We also discussed prices again. Remy felt as if the pricing may be able to be adjusted. Understanding the phone call--- Remy assured me that this concern and my suggestion will be discussed at a future meeting within their company. Again, Jamie used the tools given by this company, to sell a nice product. Jammie was kind, nice, and professional. All I was trying to express is that the private phone call at the end should include the consumer and not be so private. I am the one that has to commit and sign that contract. I feel that everything should be transparent. Remy was understang and I felt he listened. We ended these concerns on a positive note and we will be in touch later on this week.
Have dealt with other companies. This guy was great. The company seems really good product. Amazing Pete is someone I would highly recommend for anyone to talk to good guy, very impressed with the presentation. Looking forward to working with them again.
Just got our windows done with Truhome Pros! 10/10 experience. Everything from the timelines, windows, customer service, and attention to detail was everything we were told it would be and more.Remy at Truhome Pros is awesome!!
Peter came out tonight and walked us through the process of buying windows with an abundance of knowledge. He was easy to talk with and I hope he felt as comfortable in our home as we did with him. SUPER excited for our new windows for our forever home!!!
Working with TruHome Pros, particularly Pete Russell, has been an absolute pleasure. Their team of skilled professionals is not only knowledgeable in their field but also dedicated to providing top-notch service and support. Pete took the time to understand my unique needs and developed a quick solution that exceeded my expectations- asking the project team to put an urgency to the order since one of the current picture windows had actually popped out of the frame. I cannot recommend TruHome Pros highly enough for any business seeking window solutions and exceptional customer care.
