In times when good customer service is in short supply, that is not the case with Window World. Every step was efficiently & professionally done. Nate was quick with the measuring. Treyvon & his team were wonderful for the install. The team is thorough through the whole process. Prep, install & clean up afterwards was great. The winter nights with the new windows are definitely better than the cold that had leaked in before.
So far, I’m very pleased with the windows and screen door we had put in our home. Everyone from start to finish was very helpful. Josh and Nate were great to work with to get everything setup. Matt and Ethan did a great job with the installation.Thanks Window World!
From start to finish my experience working with the team at window world (Tom the sale representative, Brad the measuring tech, Nate the owner and Matt the head installer along with his team) was seamless, communicative and helpful. Each person I spoke with let me know what was going on and gave me an open line to send messages or call with any questions. Days leading up to the install I received an email and a call to let me know what would be happening and if I had any questions. The day of the install Matt the lead installer answered questions, kept me in the loop and after installing 12 beautiful windows he caught a few window imperfections without me having to catch them after the initial excitement wore off. Matt explained every step after the installation and each document I had to sign. The process was so great I’ll be getting three more windows installed in a few months.
