I am genuinely so excited to review Precision. Tom was such a genuinely nice guy and so informative and helpful and honest. We had gotten wrong info from a different company and Tom corrected us, which resulted in us saving money! Mel coordinated everything flawlessly. The installers did an amazing job. When they left, you'd never know we had work done in the house because it was cleaner than when they arrived. They were so respectful and friendly and worked quickly. The windows are great quality and the warranty cannot be matched. I can't believe I'm at the age where I have a favorite window company but here I am. I will recommend Precision for the rest of my life!
Tom, Melanie and the crew were all great! We had our wood windows repaired recently and were needing new storm windows. Tom gave us multiple options to replace our exterior storm windows without any pressure to purchase replacement windows. After completion, there were 2-3 windows (out of 20+) that needed adjustments/corrections; Melanie was quick to respond (even after the initial installation was done) and Doug fixed everything quickly upon return. Would highly recommend Precision for your window work!
Extremely happy with our choice of Precision. Doug was our installer and was a perfectionist in getting it installed. The install team was super friendly and left us feeling we made a great choice going with Precision. The office team kept us informed as well in our status and was great in not only communicating but handling the schedule and payment. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience with this company. We had every single window on our house replaced, installed a new sliding glass door, and added a screen door to our deck. We changed our front window to a big picture and it is beautiful. We also made some changes to a big window in the basement to improve the view. I spoke with 2 other companies about these changes and they both didn’t think they could do it. Precision did with no problem. And had a better overall price. They measured and then had the windows made specifically for our house. When the windows were ready, they installed them in about a day and a half. I think it was 19 windows! The windows definitely make our house look newer than it is, and they have exceeded my expectations regarding efficiency. Melanie always answers the phone at the office and is the go to person for anything you may need. This is a slick operation and I would absolutely use them again. They know what they are doing and their product is ????.
Working with Precision Windows and Doors was great from start to finish. We had a big job, almost 30 windows that needed to be replaced. From the start with our salesman Tom, we knew this was the right company for the job. Tom did a great job explaining the product, process and managing our expectations. We knew replacing 30 windows at the same time would not come cheap, but Precision had the MOST REASONABLE bid for the job.The installation process was nothing short of amazing. I thought with that many windows, the job would like at least a week. The crew came in and installed the windows in a SLEET STORM in the middle of January in about 2 days. They also helped with minor framing request in side and outside of the home. In addition, they were efficient, had great craftsmanship and left my house the way they found it. If it wasn't for having new windows, I would not have known they were there.Melanie, Tom, Ryan and the entire team were great to work with. We are planning to get a new Front Door and Storm door next and I will be using Precision windows & Doors for sure.
