Overall wonderful wonderful wonderful experience! Starting with Stephanie who had excellent answers to every question. To Jamie who helped with scheduling. To the Wonderful installers ( I can't remember names ) they kept the house so so so clean. To Caden who came out twice for me when there was something off about my windows and fixed it to perfection. I'm so happy and pleased with everything! Thank you!!
All staff that was involved were great from sales to install. Communication was dead on you ask a question to any of the team members you always get the most out of them. The installation crew Nathan and Hyines were great, they take pride in their work and the finished products show. All team members were friendly , professional and great my house as they were working on their own. I would recommend this crew and company. Will be using them again when I am ready to replace windows and a couple more doors. Well worth the money spent (you get what you pay for)
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Andersen. I can’t say enough good things. The purchasing experience was helpful, informative and NOT at all pushy. Once we confirmed our order the second measuring was prompt, smooth and they paid such attention to detail. Our windows/door came in with no issue and our concierge person, Jamie was in communication frequently. We always knew what was happening and the timeframe to expect it. The installation went very smoothly over 2 days. Josh B., Chase and Richard were prompt, professional and did a beautiful job. They were thorough and attended to all the details. They took time to talk with us about areas that needed additional attention (ex. Wood replacement by the door because of water damage) and fixed those perfectly. They made sure the work space was left clean and in order between days and answered all our questions at the final walk through. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the product and are more grateful for the people who helped install and ensure our house looks fantastic.
We recently had all of the windows in our home replaced by Nathan and Oscar. They were very kind, patient in answering all of our questions, and did an excellent job with the whole installation. The windows look and function beautifully! The previous windows were in pretty poor condition and some of the window settings were not level, but the guys made sure that everything was set properly so that it would not compromise their longevity and function. We are very pleased with the end result. Also shout out to Jamie in the office for communicating everything to me along the way and giving me updates leading to the installation. Thanks again Oscar and Nathan, we won’t hesitate to request you two in the future if we need any windows done at another property!
