Called Chris to fix French door glass. He replied back same day and set up a time to come and measure. The next day Chris showed up timely and gave me a quote. After a couple weeks, the window came in and he returned to install. Chris cleaned up the area and did a great job for us. Chris is a nice guy, give him a chance. He knows glass for sure.
Please learn from my mistake and do not do business with "Superior Glass". Chris came to my home mid-May, and agreed to replace 2 panes of glass in a window. After negotiating the price, I paid him half the amount via Venmo. Long story short...it is now almost September, and I have no new glass...and I have not gotten my money back, despite him eventually agreeing to refund me. He denies receiving my Venmo request for the refund, and when I offered to stop by to get the refund in cash, he stopped responding to my texts. Avoid this business!!
Chris responded to us very quickly on our inquiry. Superior glass came to our house, gave us a quote and an estimated time of install and replaced both of our windows in a very timely manner. Both gentlemen were very professional and easy to work with I would highly recommend them to anyone.
