We had been talking about replacing some of our windows because they were old and becoming inefficient. Peter showed up at our home one day and showed us the products available from Revival Windows. They looked good and the price was reasonable. After measuring and manufacturing installation was scheduled. The installer was efficient and explained the operation and care of the new windows. We are extremely happy with the product, installation, and follow up from the company and Peter.
I had my windows installed this week. The crew Zach, Tim and Lincoln were great they checked each window as they unpacked them and brought one to my attention for having a dent in the trim from mfg or shipping. I chose to wait on installing that one for a replacement. They installed all the other windows in about 5 hours. When I first ordered the windows they walked me through all the features, and again at the end of the install they went over it again which was helpful. I had thought that many of my old windows and back door were warped but the framing was square so the new windows all went in easily and everything slides freely like it should. I can use my back door again with a working screen and a lock that is set right compared to the old one I had. At the end of install the Zach did a walk through to look for any tools or packaging materials before we did the sign off for the install.
