I usually have good luck with companies as I research them thoroughly but this company is beyond terrible. After explaining problem of water intrusion under the sliding balcony doors during strong storms, Allen came to see the problem and sent a scope of work that included removing and adjusting doors for $1,100. I was so concerned about the damage from a hurricane that I agreed to it. When two employees came. neither knew what had to be done and I had to show then the scope of work. They contacted Allen and only performed sealing which they finished in half an hour. No door adjustment and no water test was done ( I was given some excuse that it would be done later but it was never done). During the next storm, the water intrusion was worse than ever. They came back and sealed the bottom of door shut but the work was done poorly and did not help. I had to buy barriers and place tarp and duck tape and replaced the doors. Horrible company. Do not trust them/
