We are extremely pleased with Prime Window and Door. They are an excellent company and we recommend them without hesitation. The salesman provided excellent information about the process and what to expect. The most impressive pitches were the competitive pricing, quality product, their own installation crew (no subbing), and No Change Orders. The owner also went above and beyond by re-adjusting the front door jam himself and by changing the style of two windows at no extra cost. The installation crew were very competent and were super careful about spreading dust inside the house. Overall, this company deserves your business. They will not let you down. Roberto and his team did an amazing job. He is always ready to answer any question you may have. The professionalism is outstanding. Timing impeccable. Between ordering, delivery, installation, and inspection was about 5 to 6 weeks. I was so impressed. I am super happy with the results of my windows and doors. I trusted that they would do a good job since my mother had her Hurricane windows installed with them. I am super happy, and highly recommend it. They cleaned up after each day. Swapped the floors and wiped all the windows. Made sure I was happy with the results and guaranteed that if I needed anything else they would be happy to come back and retouch anything. I am beyond happy with everything.

My wife and I had CGI Sentinel windows installed in our house (21 units in 14 openings) and we're very happy we went with Prime. We had seven companies stop by to get a feel for pricing and window quality. Bethany from Prime was the first to schedule an appointment with us for an estimate, and really never lost the poll position. She answered all of our questions and made us feel like we would be well taken care of if we went with Prime. I wanted impact windows not just for security, but also to reduce outside noise. I was a little worried about the fact that CGI only offers 5/16" windows when many competitors offer 7/16", but my wife liked the CGI style better than PGT, SIW, or Mr. Glass so that's what we ended up going with. Prime didn't have the lowest estimate, but I wanted to make sure we went with a company that was going to take our job seriously (not rush or delay it) and I think it turned out to be the right decision. The order for the permit and windows went through without a hitch and we scheduled installation barely a month after signing. It took five days to install all of the windows, but the installers (father & son team) were relentless, they cleaned up after themselves, and put down drop cloths and plastic barriers to reduce dust as much as possible. The owner Robert stopped by a couple times to check in, and put the finishing touches on a few punch-out items we had at the end. We have a pool pump and air conditioner right outside our living room windows, and now we can barely hear them. Huge improvement and the reduction in noise surpassed my expectations! My wife and I are very happy we went with Prime, and if you choose them I think you will be too. While looking for estimates I contacted several companies and received prices from at least five. I wanted a company that I felt comfortable with the information they provided me with and also prices that weren't outrageously high. Bethany came to our house to show us the samples and tell us more about the products they offer. She's AMAZING! She was so patient, nice, outgoing and really answered all of our questions and concerns.We decided to choose Prime Window and Door because of how prompt they were in answering all our questions and concerns (I asked A LOT of questions). Customer service to me is extremely important!Our house has A LOT of windows and doors... 14 big windows, one big sliding glass door, a french door and a double front door.I have a 1 year-old and I was so worried about the mess it would cause although Bethany assured me it wouldn't be as bad as i thought. She was right! The guys were so careful in moving my furniture, covering the baby's furniture with plastic, and covering up their work area to keep the dust out in order to make the mess as minimal as possible. They completed all of our windows and doors in exactly 7 work days.I'm so happy with the work they've done and how attentive they were with with the service they were providing. Robert, the owner, was involved along every step of the way. My new impact windows and doors look amazing!I attached some pictures I took along the way.
