I reached out to Vista Impact to see how much it would cost to get the AC unit replaced in my condo. They sent out a representative the same day to look it over and to give me an estimate. The price was reasonable so I went ahead and paid the down payment. Vista’s staff went above and beyond throughout the entire process, handling approvals with my COA, obtaining permits from the city, and coordinating with subcontractors. The actual removal of the old unit and installation of the new one only took 1 day. Thank you for making it such a painless experience!

We had a wonderful experience with Vista impact. They provided us a fair price, the ordering process was simple, and they were very transparent about the entire process. Installation process was quick and easy and minimally invasive. They have a very professional team of installers, who were very respectful and detail oriented about making sure our property was treated with care. John and Ben did daily check ins on-site to ensure everything was going as planned or to address any questions or concerns we had. I highly recommend using Vista for impact windows and door installations.
