They screwed up the install on my windshield and hoped I wouldn’t notice. They then gave some BS as to why they had to push the reinstall a week. Waited a week only to be told that the new glass arrived broken.

Now it will be at least a week and a half because they are not competent enough to do perform their jobs.

Tried to get chip repaired and was told by the secretary it couldn’t be fixed. Then gave me a quote for over $900 for replacement. Went down the road to Flores who fixed it where it’s barely visible and total replacement cost quote was only $400. Not sure of the ladies experience but seems their more about trying to get money for a new windshield instead of actually fixing a rock chip.

Had to go back 3 times to fix an air noise coming out of the new window they installed. The air noise is still making whistle noises. Missed placing back the screw from the seat belt. This was the rear window of my pick up. Did not like the service provided for the price. They did some lazy work. Not professional at all. Not to mention the attitude from the ladies up front.

Update, reply to owner. For some reason I was sitting in the back seat today and noticed it still has that noise. Theres nothing to be confused about. Its annoying that I took the truck 3 times and still have an issue with it. Its supposed to be a professional shop. Not a confusing task!
Update. Got a call from them my window was under warranty, so they replaced my window. Ricky took care of us great guy, great customer service. From the front desk ladies where so professional except karla she seems to have attitude problems, rolling her eyes at us. A little training on customer service would help alot on this business.

Staff there amazing.. the young lady that checked me out awesome. Awesome. Her co-worker, to her right, awesome as well. The youngsters installing the glass are precise and know how to do they're job correctly. They actually had both my windshields in stock. I got there 20 min. Before my 1600 appt. 3 gentleman jumped on job immediately, had 2 new windshields in within 45 minutes. My recommendation is, if your anywhere in the Permian basin, these are definitely the folks you want. They call it a headache rack, but truckers,if you have a dropvisor. It's an extra 95$. They keep peterbilt, western star, kenworth, and freightliner windshields in stock. You won't be disappointed..

Frequently Asked Questions

Appointments are recommended so the shop can confirm glass availability and allocate install time. Same-day service may be possible if the correct glass is in stock and the schedule allows. Call ahead to check inventory for your vehicle. Saturday mornings are available for limited slots.

Many small chips can be repaired if they are not in the driver’s direct line of sight and have not spread into longer cracks. Technicians will evaluate the damage to determine if a safe repair is feasible. If the chip has expanded or compromises visibility, replacement may be recommended. Ask for an assessment and pricing before work begins.

Install times can be under an hour for many vehicles, followed by cure time as advised by the technician. Factors like vehicle model, trim, and sensor equipment can affect duration. The shop will give an estimated timeline at drop-off. Plan for additional time if calibration is required.

Some vehicles require camera or sensor recalibration after windshield replacement. The shop can assist with recalibration as part of applicable jobs. Availability and method can vary by make and model, so confirm details when booking. Be prepared for added time to complete this step safely.

Typical payment methods include major cards; call to confirm current options. If you plan to use insurance for glass damage, contact the shop and your insurer to verify coverage and any claim steps. Pricing and deductibles vary by policy. Estimates are available before service.
