I had windows installed and the color is way off. They said they would contact me and crickets. Now I have three different colors. Not even close.i also see major silicone all around them.at this point I would stay as far away as possible. Room also feels colder now after I got the triple panes than with my 25year old double.

Andrea was amazing. She came to house and demonstrated how the glass would make a significant difference in keeping the heat in our home. She even noticed one of our windows wasn’t even a window haha it was a piece of glass leaning against a hole! She managed to get the team to the house in 7-8 weeks after signing paperwork and they were finished installing 17 windows in 2 days. They made it seamless! I started getting quotes for new windows in late August/early September of 2025, and by the first week of October 2025 I had 12 brand-new custom windows installed by Window Nation. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding! Andrea came to my home for the initial presentation, and I was sold almost immediately. While their windows were a bit pricier than some of the other quotes I received, it truly is a case of you get what you pay for. I replaced old, single-pane wooden windows that were rotting, difficult to open, had no screens, and leaking tons of air with beautiful, high-quality double-pane windows (with screens!) - and the difference was instant. Within just one month, my electric bill dropped by $20-$30 (not even kidding), which honestly blew me away. I had the option to install all 12 windows in one day or split it over two days, and I chose the one-day install. With work and pets, it was easiest to do it all at once and they were very understanding of that. The installation crew was friendly, professional, and extremely respectful of my home. They carefully laid down drop cloths to protect my floors and furniture, and the entire installation took about 7-8 hours. After everything was completed, the lead installer walked through the house with me to make sure every window looked perfect and even showed me how they fold in for easy cleaning. I still have a couple of windows to replace down the road, and there's no question who I'll be calling. I'll absolutely be reaching out to Andrea again when the time comes. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Window Nation to anyone considering new windows.
