We had a flawless experience with Nordik windows from estimate to installation. We reached out in January 2026, received stellar service and communication, and booked and completed our install yesterday. The entire staff were respectful and knowledgeable, helping us every step of the way.
I had a great experience with Nordik Windows and Doors. Gordan and Obrad installed the door and they were awesome. They were on time, super friendly, fast, and they left the place spotless. The communication from Nordik Windows and Doors was excellent too; they kept me updated on delivery and were really flexible with scheduling. Plus, the salesperson was easy to deal with and not pushy at all. I’d definitely work with them again!
Suhrob and team did a great job, first by removing the existing custom trim for all window. Then removing and re-installing all the new windows. They handled all of this with great care and professional work. They took great care re-installing the custom trim ,and completed this in 2 days. It's like they were never here and the windows just appeared!!! Thanks again for a job well done from ordering the windows with Kate's help, measuring them with great accuracy by Steve, then manufacturing to spec, then install second to none.It was a great experience for us!!!
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience we have ever had.We hired Nordik Windows to replace one bathroom window in December 2024. It should have been a straightforward retrofit in a recently renovated shower. Salesman James assured us Nordik could complete the job without disturbing any finishes. The installation was a disaster.Installer Denys arrived 2.5 hours late, late in the afternoon. When we raised concerns about daylight, we were dismissed. They rushed the job and dropped the new window into our shower, splattering spray foam everywhere — shower tile, quartz window surround, quartz step, door jamb, toilet, bathroom floor, and even our brand-new exterior interlock. We were told it was cleaned. It was not.The window was assembled incorrectly and had to be repaired later. Wood trim was installed inside a shower, and we were told it was our fault for not requesting vinyl — as though homeowners are expected to specify proper waterproof materials instead of relying on the company’s expertise. After multiple complaints, some issues were partially corrected. However, significant spray foam staining remains on the window frame and quartz. Despite numerous cleaning attempts, the damage is permanent and visible every day. What followed was months of delay and contradictions involving installation manager Boris and installation coordinator Annette:• Sept 11 – Formal complaint sent.• Sept 29 – Technician admits he has nothing to remove stains.• Mid-Oct – Boris claims a “product” will fix it.• Oct 31 – Technician returns, admits product won’t work; window may need replacing.• Nov 24 – Automated email: parts ordered.• Dec 12 – Automated email: window arrived. No scheduling call.• Dec 22 – I call. No response.• Jan 5 – I call again; Annette schedules Jan 7 install. On Jan 7, no one showed during the 12–3pm window. At 3pm we were told the installer was “20 minutes away.” We refused another late-day install. He arrived near 4pm just to inspect the same damage again and suggested scraping quartz with a razor blade. We declined.More silence. On Jan 22, after chasing them again, we were told they didn’t want to “bother us with the back and forth.” Their solution? That we obtain cleaning quotes on our own time and they would “entertain” them.Instead, I obtained a professional estimate to replace the damaged quartz and requested reimbursement and a refund for the window. What followed were repeated delays from Annette — excuses about weather, managers being unavailable, and promises to “get back to you.”On Feb 6, after two weeks of waiting, Boris called claiming he had “just found out about it 10 minutes ago,” despite weeks of email documentation. He promised to call back in 5–10 minutes after speaking with the other manager. It is now February 19. We have heard nothing. When our contractor removed the trim to begin repairs (which we are funding ourselves), he discovered the installer never re-applied spray foam insulation around the window. There was effectively no insulation sealing the window at all.We are now paying over $3,000 out of pocket to replace damaged quartz and correct their work. After more than a year:• Permanent interior damage• Multiple days off work• Contradictory information from management• Repeated silence unless we initiated contact• Thousands in repairs we are covering ourselvesI have attached photos of the damage so there is no ambiguity about what we were left with.If this review prevents even one person from spending their hard-earned money with Nordik Windows, it will have been worth writing. If you value your home, your time, and your money — DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
Today Nordik finished replacing all of my windows and doors. The whole process was great. They provided very detailed description of their product in a pretty lengthy meeting with their sales rep. He provided very reasonable pricing and we moved forward quickly. They did great job keeping me posted with when my order will be ready for installation. They had to do two rounds of installation since the door took little longer. Installers did great job and kept the place as clean as possible and they were very professional. I am happy with how the whole project went and have no regrets hiring Nordik and they actually were recommended to me by a friend who did business with them.
