Window Depot has been the easiest company to do business with from start to finish. They were quick and on time to give us a quote for new windows, along with all the information on the product they use. I can’t say enough about our installer Eric, he was on time, very professional, worked quickly while also doing a great job. He cleaned up everything as he moved from each window and went back to recheck his work before leaving for the day. Also, Mr. Eddie with Window Depot stopped by just to check on the job to be sure everything was going well. He was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned with whether we were pleased.Our new windows are beautiful and the service we received from Window Depot and each of the employees was worthy of 5 ??
I recently had 14 windows replaced in my home by Window Depot of Mobile. I couldn't be more pleased with the three-day project completed by Dustin and Jana. They were amazing to say the least! Super professional, quality workmanship, carefully made sure there was the least amount of dust and debris during the process and cleaned everything up after the windows were installed! Dustin and Jana are so nice and accommodating and I will recommend them and Window Depot to everyone I know. Thank you so much for a "painless" project that I was dreading for weeks. You both made it seem easy and seamless even though I know it wasn't! Highly recommend this company!! I LOVE our new windows!
Great experience with Window Depot. Easy to get a quick quote and order my replacement windows. We love them and they added so much beauty to our space . The warranty can not be beat. Cory and Shawn did an excellent job with the installation. We hope to purchase new doors soon from Window Depot.
