The windows are nice and installers were great. The office staff, with the exception of Julie, were unreliable and made us question our decision to use WW. If she hadn’t smoothed things out for the repairs I would have lowered those stars.

Our Pella windows were custom three-unit arched windows that had started to rot at the bottom of the sashes. Window World came up with replacement hurricane rated windows that look even better than the originals. Granted, it took about four months from signing the contract to installation. The technician double checked the measurements before ordering the build and I am glad he did. The installers were meticulous at removing the old windows and installing the new. And these two identical sets were on the second story of our house, so it wasn’t an easy task. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and the way they look.
Window World is by far the most professional and easiest to deal with contractor I have used. Blake the salesman was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Jimmy the measure tech was professional. The window install was flawless and completed quickly. With Window World you do not have to worry about your windows not being measured correctly. Roger and the install crew worked efficiently and cleaned up. Also, there prices are very fair for the level of work and the quality of windows you are getting.
AMAZING!!!! I’m thrilled with my new windows. Great product. Fast installation. Blake Harvell was my sales Consultant in Mobile. Blake is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We had another company quote the job but chose to go with Window World due to pricing and the quality of their product. Blake suggested we change our bay window to a picture window. I love it. So glad we decided to take his suggestion. We changed our glass block window in the bathroom to obscure glass. Very pleased with the product. I was quoted 10-12 weeks and these were ready in 4 weeks. Roger was our installer. He and his team knocked this big project out in 1 day. At the end of the day, you never knew they were here other than seeing new windows. They cleaned up behind themselves and did an amazing job. Everyone was courteous and professional. We’re in line for new windows on our rental home. Go with Window World. The product is very nice. Great quality. I chose Simonton “Clay” color and it goes very well with my brick. These windows open with ease. The top sash comes down and tilts in for easy cleaning.
