The whole experience in buying two exterion doors was great from sales to install. Our sales associate was experienced and knowledgeable. There were no "gray" areas, we knew what was going to happen and no cost surprises.The install followed suit. In fact, we had a hard-stop to be accommodated, so the team manager organized the process to fully complete all indoor work first, so we could leave and they could finish. It was clean, tidy and very complete.We have had the doors in now for about a month and no issues. We have experienced unusually cool weather and the tile floor inside the two doors is MUCH warmer now. We didn't know we had small air leaks. It's so nice to easily open and close the double doors, without tugging or jimmying them. Our new front entrance looks soooo nice now.Overall, super great and we WILL use them again for our next window and door project.
