The representative came, he measured, he gave me a quote, and he left on foot back to the front gate. He is dedicated for sure! The representative had vehicle trouble and got an Uber here to make his appointment with me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thoroughly prepared. However, my quote was way more than I expected! This company may be outstanding in their area of expertise and construction and their product may be superior; but, my pocketbook can't handle the price I was quoted!
Outstanding experience,Southern Industries did transition from one piece tub and shower to a walk-in shower. Tristan sales rep led the way with a positive explanation of all aspects of job and their products. Father and son installers very professional. Covered and protected surrounding areas. Explained what they would be doing. Once started they didn’t stop until job completed. Did outstanding job( beautiful shower). Everything cleaned up after completion. Followed up with a call from Cassie, before installers left to see if satisfied.Great customer service, professional workmanship.A week after completion Tristan stopped by to see if everything was satisfactory.A vey smooth transition and got a beautiful shower.Highly recommend Southern Industries if you’re looking to upgrade your bathroom.
They installed siding, new shutters and six new windows. The teams were fast and efficient! The final product is beautiful!
The employees at Southern Industries truly care about their customers and the customers needs. They were able to install a new shower plus a shower door in one day. While doing the installation, they were very considerate about the rest of the home and even laid down tarps throughout the house. I would absolutely Recommend them to family and friends. And I look forward to any future home improvements that may be done with them! (First picture is before; second is after.)
THRILLED!! I had our tub converted into a walk in shower. I was very pleased with the selection of product finishes during the sales presentation. The entire process was very easy and gave me a great deal of confidence in the project. On install day, when they completed everything, I saw my new shower. I was so happy that I hugged the man in charge. It looks even better than what I expected it to. I am thrilled with the end result. A huge investment, but I feel it is well spent.
