We had 3 replacement windows installed 3 years ago. Recently, one of the windows wouldn't stay up. The bottom pane was loose. I called and someone came out immediately and said he would order the broken part. Within a week the part was replaced and it is working fine now. No charge! I am so pleased with this company The installation and customer service is fantastic
Had Kenny come out for an estimate, he gave a through presentation of his widows and doors, answered all my questions, gave us a detailed estimate. We were going to start with 3 rooms with 12 windows and a new rear sliding glass door, we eventually decided to do the whole house and I'm glad we did. Freddie came out to do the install and did an outstanding job from beginning to clean up at the end, I can't say enough about the quality of his workmanship. The windows look great, you can definitely feel the difference in the house from the low E glass. My new sliding glass door feels like it's sliding on rails, what a difference with the low E glass in that door. Use these guys for your new windows and doors and you'll be glad you did. I'll be contacting them when It's time for our new front door.
Jeffery was on time and did a good job. Explained well and cleaned up everything. He was by himself did 7 windows in one day and cleaned up the next day
Over the past 3 1/2 years, Kenny Pattereson has replaced all our windows and 2 doors in our 30 yr. Old house.Happy with the products and very happy with one particular installer. We've had our issues but we kept going back to this company to buy all we needed. Why? Because we trusted him!Thank you Kenny. We recently settled on an older home in Myrtle Beach that had some issues with the windows. We called and Trevor came and looked over our home and offered many suggestions. He was very helpful and gave me his cell number to contact him throughout the process. We decided to replace 3 windows. They sent Freddie to do the work. He was very meticulous and I was impressed by his work. He was flawless and did a great job with our windows. He also cleaned up!! Trevor also was on sight and finished some of the trim on the inside. I would highly recommend window and door to anyone reading this. They were professional and did a great job for us. We plan on bringing Trevor back to replace the windows in our sunroom soon. Thanks guys! Jim
