We had 6 windows and 2 sliders installed, we couldn’t be happier with the windows/doors & Installation. Astrit the installer was very professional & Pleasant, he made sure everything was done right, his work is fantastic. Slider for balcony facing ocean installed for us and for downstairs unit. Kevin and his coworkers were very professional, polite and excellent installers. Most of the initial installations for both units took 1 day each with final trim work done the next day. Thanks so much for taking care of is both since I have the keys for the other unit.
At the end of the project he was preparing to leave and my husband had already paid him. I asked why the hurricane “screws” weren’t placed on the trim. He said he left plywood to be placed over it in case of storm. That we didn’t need the screws and they were all bent anyway. I said my understanding is that new ones would be placed and it’s in our contract. His whole demeanor changed and he hurriedly installed 4 screws. He loaded up his ladder and left. I am not a confrontational person. My husband and I will purchase the needed screws and install them ourselves. On our contract we were charged $76 for removal and replacement so I feel I wasn’t asking for anything extra. We di appreciate the extra caulking he said was needed.
Hello I'm from VA and have property in North myrtle Beach the place needed some window and doors changed and being from out of town is not easy to find a trustworthy company , Well a neighbor here in MY recommended window world of Myrtle Beach.Well the job is now completed and Mr. Kevin and his team from day one , went above and beyond and extremely clean and perfect job.I'm extremely satisfied with his quality work and professionalism starting with sales person, and the back office team their transparency communication, explanations step by step makes everything easy. Kevin, Luis, and Melvin were some of the best people I have had the pleasure of working with. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail and pride Kevin took in the installation of our windows. Any time he thought there might be a question he would consult with me. The entire crew cleaned up not only at the end of the day, but as the moved from one window to the next. I would recommend Window World and their crew to anyone. We have already had several neighbors asking about our windows and I have no problem telling them how happy we are with everyone we've dealt with.
