Our salesman from Next did a good job while ordering the windows. Our windows were delayed due to hardware issues on Marvin Windows end, which was explained to us and handled professionally. Now that the windows have been installed, we were able to tell right away what a difference the new windows have made, especially when it comes to retaining heat in our home. The best part were installers. They were very professional and cleaned up very well. We are very pleased with the results so far.

Everything went so smoothly starting with our knowledgeable and helpful salesperson who had exceptional communication. During the entire process any question we had was immediately answered. The install crew was neat, friendly and helpful. The outcome resulted in a quality window with now an updated modern visual appearance. Can’t beat the extended 10 year labor warranty that Next offered as well. We are enjoying our home’s new look!
