We went to this store because we needed a custom interior bi-fold hollow core door. The so called “Co-Manager”(s) at the store were busy; so we waited. We were then seen by Joe who introduced himself as the owner. He discussed what we needed & told us they will need to ask the manufacturer the price for the custom door; they would get back to me. He took down our details and gave me the business card for one of the “Co-Manager” named Sean. This was on a Saturday & I was assured that I would be called by Monday. Tuesday came by and I didn’t get a call; so I called them. They repeated the same line. A couple days later when I followed up; they repeated the same stuff - they need to get the price from the manufacturers. They also appeared irritated from the call and were rather eager to hang up. Three weeks passed by and I haven’t received their call.

I am guessing they just didn’t want my business because it was probably a small order (under $1000). These guys delayed my project. A week later, I went with some other business that was prompt - they gave me the price the same day and we proceeded with the order.

The only good thing their store had was the owner’s dog Charlie!

TL;DR: Either these guys don’t know what they are doing or they just deliberately choose to ignore certain customers (I am not sure what their service criteria is).

I am in love with my door! It was expensive, but worth it. It completes my entire yard, and gives it that different wow factor. The customer service we received was fantastic. I highly recommend!

This review is a modification of a previous review as the owner personally saw to it through a series of phone calls that all of my issues were addressed. I even received warranty parts hand delivered to my house (by the owner) within a couple of days after requesting them. All things considered my experience was great and I will definitely be ordering my next windows from Prince.

This company is the absolute worst. I ordered very expensive windows, doors and screens from them. Not only did glass come broken but multiple windows did not fit because measurements were taken wrong, pieces were missing and parts were ordered wrong. The worst part was the were not honest about the mistakes that they made and didn’t inform me of some of them. When I was trying to get items fixed and replaced they took a very long time to get back to me. When I would call them because their delays were costing me lots of money they accused me of calling them to much and were very rude. To make matters even worse after the windows were finally installed a piece of the screen I ordered through them was broken. I called them to reach out to the company. After a month I finally received a completely wrong replacement piece and I reached out to the screen company myself and they had no record that prince ordered a part for me and it turned out Prince was sending me fake information from people that did not work at the screen company. Not only would I never order anything through this company again I would give them negative stars as a rating if I could. Do yourself a favor and stay far away
