Reviews
What customers say
Several customers praise the installation work, with customers also mentioning timely service and clear communication. One customer appreciated the crew's care around stained-glass windows. One customer's account also describes a warranty concern: the customer's windows, installed years earlier, reportedly developed leaks through the double panes and condensation between them, and the customer says the company declined to honour a signed warranty because it had not been submitted after installation, then said the supplied copy was invalid.

I had many AC windows installed a number of years ago, and every single one of them now leaks through the double pane and there is condensation between the panes. I have a signed warranty, which they wouldn’t honour because I hadn’t sent it in to them after they were installed. I sent them a copy of the warranty and they said it was not valid. I would strongly suggest avoiding these windows.
Chris Loma
Fantastic company and product. Mike went through all the options with us and made sure we had the best window to meet our needs. Bob and his crew did a great job with the installation and took their time around our stained glass windows which we really appreciated! Communication was excellent. We can’t thank them enough.
