Reliable service, but the waiting time was quite long—I waited two weeks to get a single pane replaced, which was a two-hour job.The crew was punctual and professional.
Recently had a piece of plexi glass cut for a window a/c vent.Was quoted less on phone than in person with screen in hand…2-3 business days.. ok.Last day the called, as they lost measurements!Had to go back… then they had no intention to get it done quick for me, through the weekend again. Jagged hole cut and jammed my vent into space.. had to leave it there again, a second time, and wait for owner to come back and get it out to fix the cut.Terrible finished product with minimal discount for inconvenience and absolutely NO customer service.Real lack of empathy and personality there. Sad for a business that’s been around so long ????????Shop around if I were you.
