Great service on two of my windows that needed glass replacing after the old ones had lost their seals. Trevor was very helpful in getting the quote and easily reachable by telephone followup. Next, the installation of the replacement glass panels was done as scheduled and with great care and attention by Robert. It was helpful too when Robert was happy to explain how to easily remove the panels for future cleaning and a tip on how to care for them to keep them sliding smoothly. Robert exceeded my expectations. Thanks very much!
I hired this company to replace glass in my patio door. They replace the glass but when they put it back, it's tilted. That's leave 5mm gap in the bottom and wind is coming thru and I can really feel it these cold days. They didn't even put the gasket long enough so I have to use caulking to fill up the gap in the corner.Also Gagan or what was his name, didn't follow instructions what my cat sitter gave him and he cause stressful situations for my cat and cat sitter.I don't like to put bad reviews but my place is really cold and I will have to spend time and money to fix it!I do not recommend this company for any glazing work.
Working with these guys was great throughout the whole process. They were up front with costs, labor and wait times and delivered on it all. 5 stars on doing what is considered a smaller job where other companies don't even give the time of day.
