Great experience with universal. Doug was not pushy is his sales. We chose what we wanted and were not rushed into a decision like other companies were trying to do. Never asked if we’re ready to pull the trigger or call 100 times just gave the estimate and left the rest to us. Install went flawless. Rob and his crew were great. Install was fast and very clean. Highly recommend.

Had them replace the windows (keeping the trim, I just have to touch it up and repaint, so no need to replace). The windows are excellent! The install was quick and they arrived at the time they said they would! Very professional company from the initial call asking for a quote to install day! Would HIGHLY recommend!
I plan to use them for other services in the near future!
Also, you can pay all in one shot or they offer financing, so that's a nice option.
