Mossa General Contractor ADU Windows

our ADU had these old single pane windows that were basically useless. you could feel the draft standing three feet away and the energy bill for that little unit was absurd. tried weatherstripping and all that temporary stuff but it didnt really help. ended up looking for window contractors around South Pasadena and Mossa came back with a quote that made sense. they swapped everything out with dual pane windows, took maybe two days for the whole thing. the temperature difference inside was noticeable like immediately, not even exaggerating. tenants stopped complaining about it being freezing in there at night which was the main reason we finally pulled the trigger on replacing them. solid install work too, caulking looks good and nothing rattles

had a problem with condensation building up between the glass on a couple of the ADU windows. they were fogging up constantly and looked terrible from outside, plus you couldnt really see through them anymore. wasnt sure if we needed full replacements or if there was some kind of fix so we had Mossa come take a look. they said the seals had failed and replacing the windows was the move. went with it and they got the new ones in pretty quick, like a day and a half for four windows. everything is clear again and no more moisture pooling on the sills every morning. the frames they used are a darker color than what was there before which we actually like better. one thing i appreciate is they were upfront about what needed replacing vs what could wait - two of the other windows were fine and they said so instead of trying to upsell us on doing the whole unit
