INSTALLED MY BAY WINDOW, AND REPLACED THE FLASHING AROUND THE REST OF THE WINDOWS AND DOORS AROUND THE HOUSE. FINISHING WORK WAS A JOKE. TONS OF SLOPPY CAULK WORK AROUND THE DOORS AND WINDOWS WHICH THEY HAD TO RETURN AND SCRAPE OFF AND REDO, AFTER 3 EMAILS AND 6 PHONE CALLS. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS LOW BUDGET FROM MATERIAL TO WORKMANSHIP. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, PAY A LITTLE MORE FOR THE WINDOWS AND HAVE A REAL PROFESSIONAL INSTALL THEM. AFTER A FEW YEARS OF HAVING THIS WINDOW INSTALLED, IM ALREADY HAVING PROBLEMS WITH AIR LEAKS.
Had all new windows put in by this company about 3 years ago. Installation went well but good luck if you have any issues. I have contacted them multiple times and they never show up. Many of the windows do not operate properly anymore. Broken latches, some windows don't stay up, some windows are very difficult to open, some are crooked etc. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Obviously poor quality. Guess the old saying is true - "you get what you pay for".
Service and sales not what it used to be. Window Rama installed windows a few years back and was their work and service was good. However, I had appointment last night at 6 PM and it was a no show, no calls, text or email to say not coming, very disappointing. The Best part, I received a call from their Manager Joe today after I left a voice message. He said his salesperson was available earlier and tried calling me. I was home at 4 PM, no one came to my house, no calls, text or messages left. He said, he had a screen shot form his salesperson which I asked he text me. I'm still waiting. It's better to say we messed up and missed the appointment, that I would believe.

Our Salesman Carl Hahn is a very experienced and knowledgeable person with past and present doors, windows and replacement parts. We currently would not be doing business with Window-Rama after closing the Fairfield store and moving to Passaic if Carl didn’t make the move
