4 out of 5 for window repair. Guys working at repair office are good, specifically John. Replaced glass in just 2 hours after dropping of. Reason why I didn't gave all 5 stars bcoz they failed to tell me that paying with credit card will be additional 3%. No big deal but I could save if I knew. Also see picture, several location silicone can seen that is not uniform.Anyways bigger picture is they are good and I'm happy. People was quoting $1500 to $2000 for replacing glass while I took them my own to Dorwin and it costed $650 with 3% lol.I totally recommended this place. Go see John.
Should be less than 1 star,called to see about glass replacement,very aggravating and rude.Was considering all new Dor win replacements,but not after that conversation.Will go with Pro -Via .
I purchased a door from Dor-Win and had it installed. About a year later a yellowish goo started to seep from all around the door. It looks like it's some sort of foam insulation. Dor-Win's website says unimited life time warranty so I went to Dor-Win with my receipt in hand. I explained to the woman at the window and showed her a half dozen pictures of the stuff oozing from the door. Let me say Customer Service is not in this woman's vocabulary. She stated that all doors do this and that I should just scrap it off with a razor.I have never seen this stuff on a door before and dont believe for one minute that it's normal. To make a long story short, they refused to do anything about it. I can't recommend anyone purchase anything from this company. It seems that once they get your money they want nothing to do with you.
After dealing with several local window companies and getting overpriced quotes, missed consulting appointments, and unprofessional employees, I almost gave up on booking with anyone. Initially, my sister and I went to Dor-win location only to ask for information on windows for a residential home. Not only did we get information, but we had one of the best experiences making a large purchase. Sarah helped us in the store and was knowledgeable, a great listener, patient, empathetic and flexible. Sarah helped us finalize the order with exactly what we needed to move forward with our plans! Both Sarah and Aubrey assisted us throughout the process and followed up with any updates. In addition to the amazing in-store experience, the installation process was just as good. The installation team (including Julio who initially measured the windows) were 100% professional, checking in with any suggestions and questions. They addressed all challenges quickly, professionally, and cleaned up completely, as they worked. I appreciate Sarah and the entire team for making sure the purchase and entire experience were at top-level. We recommend Dor-Win 1000%!
Horrible experience. I went to get 10 new windows for a new house construction and gave the owner the correct measurement in a typed paperwork which i had from previous quotes. The owner wrote down all the measurements on the agreement and stated that these are the right measurements that i needed based on the information i gave to him. After a week i get a call that windows are ready to be delivered. I checked the measurements on the windows and they didn't fit so i went back to the store to talk to them about this issue. The owner had purposely written down all the measurement incorrectly to scam us on the windows he had in stock. I called and talked to them and all they could say that you signed the paperwork and that you are stupid that you can't read what the agreement said. I went to these store based on the nice reviews from below and trusted them to do the right thing but i was wrong. I recommend everyone to never trust these people and make sure you check everything they write because you will get screwed over as well. The customer service is out of the door since they are rude and hang up on you regardless if you are nice or frustrated. Also, they will overcharge you on windows that are not even close to Anderson silver-line quality. Stay away from this store and if you ever do a deal with them make sure you check everything you signing because they will scam you and give you cheap quality windows. Also, they don't care what you say or do because they been in business for 25 years using scams like these.I am now stuck paying extra money to get the windows fixed. I wish i could give 0 stars.
