I recently used Tri State as part of a major home renovation project. They did my vinyl siding, all my windows, and front entry and rear sliding patio door. I have to say that for starters they gave me a great price, and provided me with a great warranty on all the work. I had interactions with Jordan (widows and order manager) Marcelo (siding manager) and Anthony who is the owner of the business. The one thing I personally really appreciated was that all of them, including Anthony the owner, was reachable and listened to and discussed with me, any and all concerns throughout the whole timeline of the project. Its not always that upper management from a company like this is accessible and reachable like they all were. Furthermore, they finished the project to my satisfaction, and in a reasonable and promised timeline. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to do home renovations of this type
Our experience with Tri-State Window and Siding was excellent. We had every window in our house replaced and got new siding. They are confident in their product and give a very thorough presentation of what you are getting. The windows are beautiful and easy to clean. The details of the siding and gutter installations were well done with not one detail missed. The installers that work for Tri-State were all professional, experienced, and able to answer any questions we had. We had our home sided with insulated vinyl siding and flashed with aluminum in the color we chose. The crew was wonderful. They started and finished the job quickly staying until completed.
