Anthony did an excellent job replacing my windshield today. He was very professional, efficient, and paid close attention to details. This was a mobile service, and the work was completed quickly without feeling rushed.

What I really appreciated was his patience in answering my questions and clearly explaining the differences between aftermarket and OE/OEM windshields. He helped me understand the trade-offs and even offered a very reasonable discount on the OE/OEM option.

I had the chance to work with Anthony regarding a window replacement, and I have to say he is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He not only helped me with the insurance process and scheduling, but also took the time to explain what a proper repair should look like instead of just rushing through the job. That level of care is rare in auto repair, and it really stood out to me.

I was initially going to book with Safelite, but after seeing so many negative reviews I felt hesitant to let them handle the repair. I’m glad I found Local Auto Glass instead. Anthony was very flexible with timing and as early as at 7 a.m. to accommodate my schedule. The entire service took about 50 minutes, which allowed me to get it done before work. What impressed me most is that his approach is truly consumer-driven, rather than profit-driven, he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer understands the process. This is exactly what I want to see from any auto shop. Highly recommend!!
