Last month we had Terry come to our home and measure for 17 windows. We never received an estimate from him. Four weeks later, we went to the Rancho Cucamonga store and spoke with Shirley for over an hour and selected two entry door options. Again, we never received an estimate.This company wasted our time twice, and for that reason I deem rather unprofessional. Since then, we purchased new Milgard Tuscany windows, and a beautiful mahogany wood door with beveled glass and sidelites from two other businesses. .

I have shopped here several times. When I actually purchased my front door from them, it was awesome. Fantastic quality, fast, competent installation and all deadlines met. Really made a huge difference in the look of my house. However, when I have tried to get an idea of what a new door project is going to cost, it has been a little more frustrating. I get handed a brochure and I leave not really knowing more than when I start and I lose interest. I always get the feeling that my prospective business does not really matter to them. I intend to eventually replace every hollow core door in my house and I need to get on it. I will try again this week and review after.
*Edit* I have since purchased two more doors. It was a night and day experience. Terry knows I am installing these doors as a surprise gift for my husband and he is helping me with the craziness. They rushed the deadlines and are making sure everything is perfect. I could not ask for more and I could not get this at Lowes.

I have shopped at D.P. Door Company several times and the service is excellent. I enjoy dealing with Terry, Shirley or Frank as they are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Whenever I place an order, I always get a follow-up call as to when it will be in. It is a pleasure doing business with the staff at D.P. Door Company and I would recommend their shop to anyone in the market for new windows or doors.
