10/01/2025 Finally got my dream glass bathroom door and frame installed. From the very beginning the staff at Nicolet was able to undderstand and capture the vision of this project to finally fulfill my expectations. Their planning and ordering of materials can take long, but well worth the wait at a very fair price.This is the second project I have hired Nicolet for, 3 years ago they updated my glass windows. Highly recommend.
The 5 start rating is for the excellent communication from customer service team, but mostly for the above and beyond service from Ian. I set an appointment to have some glass repaired at my store and prepared to come in early and for a longer day than normal, Ian showed up on time and called me when he was on his way, and was the most personable and friendly person you can imagine! He is genuinely the best and would recommend this business and Ian specifically if you are looking for quality work, and to be treated like a friend! Thank you!

Amazing service, seriously. My husband shattered our long/thin window by our front door and he called some random company to give us a quote. The guy took 2 weeks to come out, quoted us $500, told us it would take 2 more weeks to order glass, and then another 3 weeks until he could get us scheduled for install. We sat on it for a few weeks and randomly decided to sell our house which meant the window needed to be fixed asap. I called Nicolet Glass and they came out 15 MINUTES after I called, I mean the receptionist literally said, “hold on the guys are leaving right now let me go see if they can swing by.” 30 minutes later they’re already done measuring the window. They tell me it’ll be a week before the office gets back to me with a quote, the very next day I get the quote. I immediately call and pay the deposit and they order the glass, they tell me it takes seven days for it to come in and then another two weeks for them to get me on the schedule. So far this is already half as quick as that original guy said it would take him. Seven days later I call and ask if they have an ETA on the glass delivery because our house is now on the market and we are getting showings. She tells me the glass just came in that morning, and she can send someone out to fix it THAT DAY! Overall it took 8 days and $350 vs 7 weeks and $500. To top it off, while it was being fixed my husband asked him to come take a look at the weather stripping on our back door and the guy gave us an extra weather strip free of charge. I’m not even joking, I’m saving their number in my phone and making them my go to glass people.UPDATE:They did it again! We needed privacy screens on all the front windows of our home and called two companies for quotes. Nicollet glass, once again, was half the price of the second company and got it done in two weeks. They’ve completed two jobs for us and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
